I grew up in Barrow-in Furness where I met my husband Steve. After college I spent a year working for London City Mission in Tower Hamlets before moving to Bradford in 2001 to study Civil Engineering at the University of Bradford. After a short time working in Pakistan we moved to Manningham in 2008. I began working for the church in 2013, as a community worker for The Sharakat Project, now part of Restore. We have two children, Eliana and Noah.
