In 2022 we were presented with a plaque for our outstanding community work in relation to older people in the community from 2020 to 2022. We had received a grant from ABCD which had allowed us to relaunch our seated exercise group after lockdown. The group was part of our Place of Welcome day of activities and was attended by more than 20 older women of Pakistan heritage who would otherwise not engage in an exercise activity.
