Change of Plan
Our service is at 10.30am at St Paul’s Church tomorrow. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, our usual food deliveries have not arrived. Sadly, this means breakfast will not be available at this service.
We are going to move our breakfast service to the following Sunday instead! So Breakfast Church – next week – 19th January
So this week we are beginning a new series – it is only 3 parts but we are beginning the new year looking at our giving
Giving to Society – Giving our Time – Giving our Money. We’ll start this week with Giving to Society by looking at what we do as a Parish for those in our community who do not attend our Church.

Inn Churches starts on Monday!
Reminder that from 13th – 20th January 2025 we are hosting Inn Churches – a in St Paul’s, it is a night shelter for the homeless during the coldest months of the year.
We have people from outside the Church offering to help – but we would love to have more of our own congregation members to help. This is a very clear way to demonstrate the love of God to people who would otherwise be sleeping outside.
What can you do?
- Stay overnight – from 10pm to 7am? You’ll get half a nights sleep.
- Come early to to cook breakfast for us? 6am start!
- Cook an evening meal for 12 guests and 6 volunteers? For 7pm
- Come and be a friend from 6pm – 10pm?
- Bring underwear, warm socks and toiletries for our guests?
If you can help in anyway please Contact us straight away with the days/times you’re available.
Sunday School Leaders
Can you help with our Primary School Children when they go out during the sermon? It is a small commitment of only 12 times per year. You don’t need to prepare or deliver the lesson only be the “2nd person” in the room. We need help on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the Month – but not every month. This would bless our teachers and helpers greatly!
Mission Support
We support Beacon as one of our areas of Mission in the city. They have an AGM on Tuesday 21st January from 5.30pm-7.30 pm at Kala Sangam.
