Open Day at St Philip’s Church – 22nd March 2026

Lots of things happen weekly at St Philip’s Church – so on 22nd March we are cancelling our coffee after church and we are all going down to St Philip’s to enjoy that space and to run some reflective and prayerful activities alongside our Partners – Cecil Green Arts.
Brunch with the Chosen

This month it will be on 14th February and next month on the 14th March – this will help us spread out our events a bit better. Back to normal in April – which will be Easter Saturday.
Giving
In our next PCC meeting we will be confirming what organisations and places we give our 10% church tithe to this coming year. Please speak to a leader or a member of the PCC if you have an idea.
Bradford Street Angels – could you be a volunteer?

Bradford Street Angels has been operating since 2007, working
in co-operation with West Yorkshire Police, to help improve care
and support in the city centre. We are unpaid volunteers and
although the charity was established and still well supported by
members of local churches, there is no faith requirement to be a
Street Angel.
We patrol in the city centre, every Friday evening, and
occasionally on Saturdays when we have enough volunteers, from 8
pm until 2 am, in groups of three or four, wearing bright,
but very warm fluorescent yellow jackets. Our
purpose is to ensure the safety of anyone who we think might
be vulnerable.
