Brunch with the Chosen
Tomorrow at 10.30 in the morning we will continue with our Brunch with the Chosen. Last month Jesus healed the man at the Pool of Bethesda and this time we’ll see some of the fallout from that emotional moment. Join us to watch it and talk about it!
Giving
There are many in our parish who regularly give to the church through a Direct Debit to our bank account. If you do – firstly thank you so much for your generosity! It would be a great help though if you transferred across to using the Parish Giving Scheme. As charity rules, tax claims etc become more complicated it is increasingly becoming a big task to claim back the 20% we can get on top of your gift. MU Coffee morning Saturday 4th October
St Barnabas Mother’s Union will be raising money for Martin House Children’s Hospice with a coffee morning. 10am till 1pm.
Chordiality Concert at St Barnabas Church – Sunday 12th October
Chordiality Choir will be performing at 3pm – come along for an afternoon of entertainment. The choir have been regular performers at the church over the years. On this occasion, admission to the concert is free of charge. A retiring collection will be held to raise money for church funds.
