In our Parish we do not have a vision statement – instead we have the Lens test.
Each meeting we have, each decision we make, every person we hire, every service we have, every grant we apply for, every pound we spend and every sermon we preach needs to come under the scrutiny of this test. Like at the opticians when they put different lenses to make you see clearly, we use these lenses to make sure we are truly being the people of God in Bradford.
