On Friday we had an Easter Service in St Barnabas Church – this year as we told the story the school created a Latin American Cross. Each panel was made by a different year group telling a different part of the Holy Week story.
During Holy Week on Monday to Friday churches across Bradford are providing an opportunity to enact ‘natural evangelism’
We will meet at the Cathedral at midday for prayer and prep. Then walk down to Centenary Square with a cross for 12.30pm. Sung worship, a 5 minute talk, handing out things (palm crosses, chocolate, etc.) and having conversations. On Thursday it is at 2.30 – 3pm due to Eucharist. If anyone would like to go and be a supportive presence you would be most welcome!
