Sunday 21st January 2024 – Epiphany 3 – No More Wine

Looking forward to seeing many of you at Church on Sunday morning. Our Parish worship service is at 10.30am at St Paul’s Church.  This will be a communion service with Sunday School too.

We are looking at the famous story when Jesus turned Water into Wine.  Our reading will be John 2 1.-11

To see the live stream of the service click here. We will start streaming at 10.25am

(To get notices on this page please email – we can’t promise to put all on – but will do our best!)

Bubble Church

If you haven’t heard it enough times we are starting Bubble Church next week at St Martin’s Heaton.  This is a new style of service aimed at young children and their families.  Please pray for this new venture and let us know if you feel you can volunteer to help with it.  If you listen to BBC Radio Leeds at about 8.10 on Sunday morning you may hear some familiar voices talking about it.

United Service for the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity

Will be at Bradford Cathedral at 6pm on Sunday 21st January.  This year the theme is: “You shall love the Lord your God …and your neighbour as yourself…”  See here for more details – so you can go to 3 church services on Sunday if you’ve got the energy!

Pastoral Care

If you are in a particular need for some prayer or need a home visit.  Please remember you are always welcome to contact one of the team – we also have a Parish email and mobile number to text that you can use or give to others.

Saturday Discipleship Brunch

Thanks to all those who came.  We really enjoyed our time reading the Bible together – we’re going to have another one on 3rd February at 10.30 – St Paul’s Manningham
